Wreaths Across America

On Saturday December 17, 2016, Elevate team members Norm Balchunas, Rachel Stapleton, Raezan Jaff, and Elizabeth Walden, along with their family and friends, gathered at the Wreaths Across America event in Arlington National Cemetery where the community came together to remember and honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes.

The team and community overcame icy winter weather conditions and resulting event delays to take part in the tribute and lay wreaths on over 240,000 graves. Over 2 million wreaths were placed on graves of the fallen heroes at locations across the nation on Saturday.  The event provided the opportunity to give back to our community while spending time getting to know the Apprentices and sharing the Elevate story and culture with them and their families.

Thank you to the team members, family and friends who joined us in this memorable event and to the community of volunteers, donors and truck drivers who made the event possible!
